It is a July Babies Birthday Gathering

#bloggingdebt

An event that happened almost a year ago *guilty face* *looks around* *whistle*

Happiest gift ever is to gather together with a bunch of people I love. My birthday gathering or not, it doesn't matter. As long as we all gather and have a nice outing, it was the best for me. So I planned out this July babies birthday gathering. Cause you see, there are too many who are born in July in our group. Sher, Symone, Alex and me. It will not be practical if the members have to go out four times in a month, so I thought that why not have a combo gathering for all? So here it is, a July babies birthday gathering. But Symone and Alex were not able to make it there with us that day :(

Invite-only event at Facebook! Please ignore the date stated there as when we all reached agreement to have gathering on 28/7/2012, I did not bother to edit the date there anymore. And coincidentally, the date we picked for this gathering is the same date as my last year's birthday gathering! *big grin* And ignore the location as well. During the time, jimui Kyle was in UK, but because I don't want to miss him out, I just invited him to the event just to keep him updated. And then his hands just got itchy to change the location to UK, LOL

The girls had this weird obsession towards pork, yes, pork. Sorry my Muslim friends. And the venue chosen for this gathering was The Pork Place at Puchong. As we came in a big group, we occupied the whole upstairs area, as the area is small and only a table for 12 seats is placed there.

Pork knuckles. Pork lovers will love this. It is good to share among 5-6 peoples.

One of the dishes ordered by the girls which I forgot what is the dish name and who ordered it. #disadvantageofbloggingoutdatedevent

Pork spaghetti which I regret ordering it. It is nice but came in big biggie portion. Can't finish it up by myself. I should just stick to sausages next time geez

Extra snacks brought by bestie Jesz. Chocolate from Europe!

Group shoots for the day. I represent July babies to thank you all that come :)

Like usual, there is always second round for our group. The next stop is at Subang Parade, as the girls wanted to watch movie.

Yamcha at Uncle Lim while waiting for the screening time for Ice Age 4.

Random photos taken at Subang Parade. It was the first time we watch movie together in cinema in such a big group!

Pressie time!

Pressie gathered from all over Europe for me! =') *touched*

Because they know well that I love to at least do something to my eyes before going out.

Another present for my needs. Days before the gathering, I had posted a picture of melted comb into my Instagram *picture below* and then lovely jimuis decided to buy me this set of hair styling. I knew this present in advance but I just thought of the normal comb-type hair dryer. Never expect to get the big biggie set of hair styler.

Cheap plastic comb melted because I placed the comb too near to the dryer LOL

Thank you all my girls and I love you all <3 jimuiforever=")<BR">

Turning 22

#bloggingdebt

6th July my birthday! This year birthday fell on Friday and there was a two hour class there! I remembered bugging the lecturer to cancel the class so I can go out have fun the whole day :p And of course, the whole class was doing the same thing too #lazybug And when she agreed, I was already ticking a yes to my planning! Sunway Pyramid, here I am! Yup, again Pyramid. Like I have no other places to go LOL That is my favourite shopping mall ma.

So woke up early in the morning to doll up myself and get ready to be pampered on my big day!

Make for the day. My make for every outing is the same =.=
Outfit of the day. The entire outfit was bought the day before at Jusco Seremban. Saw the outfit being modeled by a mannequin and think it was nice, so I went to pick up the exact same outfit #totalloserthatdunnohowtopickheroutfit T_T

This is not relevant to my birthday post but since we are on the outfit topic, I shall just go on a little further :p I love love love one piece dress, any one piece dress is nice to me. So then I saw a dress and I went to try on it.

And I think I look like crocodile hunter female version here =.=

Anyway, back to the topic, so the first to do when reached Pyramid was to hunt for food! Was craving for buffet so went to Shogun, my favourite Japanese buffet restaurant.

 Fried stuff
Teppanyaki! I major heart the teppanyaki section at Shogun, cause you can choose your own ingredients and ask the chef to prepare it for you. Way better than Jogoya's.
 Fried stuff again!
My favourite sushi! See the beautiful orange, yellow and green ebi?
Ice cream is still the best. And yes, they were all mine =) #fatdieme

And since my seat had good lighting, selca is a must!

Look at the pimples! Can't help, it was the peak time during the semester.
 Poser
"Hmm.. If I eat these now, then they will be finished then I can't eat ice cream anymore." Nah! This won't happen in a buffet. Just eat till you fat :p

After eating, it was time to get me a pressie yay! And guess what I get.

Hahah sorry, was too into the Paper Camera app that time. Thanks the special one who bought me this. I refused till the end, not willing to have a expensive present but still he was insisting till the end to buy me this.

Me acting like watch model for Bonia advertisement LOL

Then it was time to shop till you drop. Actually nothing to shop la, already near bankruptcy after bought the watch LOL But the boutiques were all bringing in blazers! I love blazers! Went to Zara and I fell in love at first sight with a white blazer. But the price made me think twice. Didn't buy it at the last but start missing it like crazy after back to home, and went to find back the week after and it was gone! T_____T I want back my white Zara blazer *bangs head to wall* Tried on blazers from other brands but still they did not look as good as Zara's T____T

This was from Seeds. Again, I copy the mannequin's outfit #totalloserthatdunnohowtopickheroutfit All white! Me likey. But still, Zara's blazer is still better T__T Why the hell I hesitate to buy it that time? Imma gonna hunt all Zara boutiques till I get that blazer!

Then I had ice cream from Stickhouse. Like the tons of ice cream in Shogun were not enough for me LOL What! No one will reject ice cream kays
Look at the row of beautiful colors
And this was mine =)

For dinner, Delicious was the choice =) Had been at the restaurant few times before and they served good food with good services. So re-visit is a must!

As the name suggest, the food there are delicious.

Forgot the name of this dish :x but it was nice =)

So that was basically how I celebrated my birthday. Simple yet meaningful =) There was actually a bit run off in the plan as the original plan was to have buffet for both lunch and dinner! Idiot =.= Ended up the dinner buffet at Sunway Tower (!!!) was cancelled and replaced with Delicious. And a lot of thanks, hugs, kisses to those who wish me on Facebook, those who call and message me! I got all the wishes and all the best to you guys too! I love you all!

The next post should be about my birthday celebration with my besties =)

To eat, drink, and have fun

#bloggingdebts
I am so lazy that I can't stand myself too T_T It is time to pick back the promise and clear my debt.

So after the final, it was time to eat, drink, sleep and play. Met up bestie and we planned to go shopping (and eat!) as we were both too free. Were planning to have a day trip to Sg. Wang or Times Square at first, as they were convenient to be reached by public transport but something else came in the plan. Bestie got call to attend an interview at KL thus we made the trip together.

It was a 2 day 1 night trip, departing on 16th and returning back on 17th May (yes, I knew it was almost 4 months back #lazyblogger T_T) Nothing special on the first day as most of time was spent on travelling from hometown and bestie gotta attend her interview. At the night, we went to Sunway Pyramid to celebrate a friend's birthday.

Steven and his birthday meal. He was so happy that we were treating him dinner as present LOL

We went to Ole Ole Bali at Pyramid to celebrate his birthday. Environment and food there were very nice. Minus out some food that I couldn't take because they were too spicy.

Decoration on the table. Send this picture to a friend and he thought I was in spa haha.

Food was really not bad but very big in portion. 4 of us were sharing 3 set of meals and they were very fulfilling. If you wish to go, go after you starve yourself for a day =)

The night was then spent with movie and gossips! Bestie has a house in Subang so I was spending the night there with her. We girls gotta do a lot of pillow talks ;)

The next day, we went to shop and eat. First we went to Puchong because bestie had business to deal with her AirAsia flight ticket. And since we were at Puchong, we just went into random restaurant and had our breakfast there.

Can't remember the restaurant name. But the food there was nice. Worth the pricey bill LOL

Then we departed to Times Square/Sg Wang. It had been long time since we went there and we thought that we could shop till we drop as both the places were well known for the cheap attires. But it was disappointing that we could not find any attires that we like. Maybe we had found one or two, but since almost all shops does not allow trying on the clothes, we just walked off =.= The best bargain that we could get were footwear which cost only RM15 per pair. I got myself a pair of decent sandal and bestie got herself a pair of ballet flat.

We shamelessly went to take picture with the decorations at the corner of one specific floor in Sg. Wang LOL Who else could be more shameless and childish than us?

The plan to go back hometown after shopping was changed when we both wanted to go Levain. Bestie had went Levain before and she missed the food there while I was dying to go there after I saw beautiful photos posted by friends in Facebook LOL So Levain it is.

Tourist pose: Must pose in front of the building with the name/signboard so that everyone can know that you were here LOL

Met a secondary school friend working in Levain. This is such a small world! My memory didn't fail me when I can still remember his full name given that we were only hi-bye friends during school time. Long time no see, Chan Chun Heng =)

Bread there were superb! I had maple bread and a slice of pizza. I wanted to try the pasta there but since I was still full that time, I just took the bread T_T Had iced chocolate drink and it tasted super awful! I am a big fan of chocolate and as long as it is chocolate, it is a good food/drink. And it was the first (and hopefully the last time) I would put a 'yulk' face to chocolate.

And what is Levain without its famous macaroon? Because I love my family so much, I decided to buy back macaroon for them.

A row of very colorful and yummy macaroons =) Ok la, they were not that colorful because I was afraid that if I choose macaroon with striking colors, those barbarians at my home refuse to eat it LOL And at the end, they took the macaroons like normal cookies =.=

So that was the last stop before we headed back to Raub, a place with no entertainment. Other besties gonna kill me after I posted this :p Sorry girls, it was weekday and you all were busy with classes and work haha. We will go shopping together the next time kays? =)

Nightmares. Outing. Exam. Holidays

#bloggingdebt Events happened like two months away from current date.

So basically the title says all. First, nightmares. Yes, nightmares. More to stress I put on myself leading to nightmares every single night weeks before the final examination. These all stressed me out. Still I was happy that there are people out there concerned about me =D

Sobs.. I love you all! Thanks for care! I am alright now. Lets just wait till the next wave of nightmares, which I believe will happen soon. Final exam is like 4 weeks away from now!

Next, outing. Yes, in the middle of my final examination period, I went outing with my besties. I had my first two final papers on Thursday and the third paper came only the next Wednesday. So it was like a week break in between the papers so I went outing with my besties for like half a day. And there was no need for me to feel guilty k! It was just a break in the middle of war LOL a rest to de-stress will make me strive better! #selfcomfort

So yeah outing. And guess where we head to? Jogoya! Oh gosh, I had missed Jogoya a lot. Although I still hate the fact that it did not serve ebi sushi T__T There was a story behind this Jogoya outing. One of the besties, Kyle was about to leave for study at UK for 3 months, so he requested for a farewell, asking us to have a fake farewell for him. Nah, farewell was just an excuse. I know you will miss us, Kyle. That's why you want a gathering =p We love him too and decided to just went along with it. So, Jogoya is it!

Look for the day. I purposely went to saloon to have my eyebrows fixed because I was so sick of having untidy and un-groomed eyebrows every time I have outing. So there is it. Ok la for only RM5 LOL

I drove to Old Klang Road to meet my friend and she drove rest of us to Jogoya because I was just too scare to drive to Jogoya alone. The traffic there was just like hell.

Beautiful passengers of the day, while we were waiting for the driver and co-driver to get ready LOL

We were the earliest to arrive, so we walked around in Pavillion and there were one or two of us wanted to have tea =.= A tea before buffet? I knew, weird right? Anyway, since they wanted it, so the rest of us just went along. We went in to a random cafe in Tokyo Street, Pavillion. And look what is this!

Macaroons! It was my first time to have macaroons. I had always heard friends talking about it, saw beautiful rows of macaroons in my Facebook news feed and I finally can have it! Two of these were mine, the rest belongs to another bestie. I love love love seeing macaroons because the bright colors always make me happy.

And I still love seeing my own face in each photo. Thank you.

And I had too high expectations towards the macaroon. Or at least the macaroons in this particular cafe (I forgot name of the cafe). They were too sweet! Each of them! I have always love sweet thing but these were too much. I had to painfully swallow down my two macaroons T__T And they were not cheap k! I can order a plate of chicken rice with the price I paid for one macaroon.

Let me quote from bestie Ivy, 'Curiosity kills the macaroon'. LOL We were curios of what the heck was in the middle of macaroon. So we 'killed' a macaroon to have a look at it. Nothing special. It was only super weird-smelling jam stuff inside macaroon. Tasted super weird if ate alone too.

So when all the besties arrived, we went to Starhill for Jogoya! It was a long queue there because Jogoya was having promotion that time. We were lucky that when we got there, there were few of us already waiting in the line hahaha.

Selca while waiting! =D

The group and the table for warm up session

The real deal was here!

I must tell the story behind this dish. You can find this in the Teppanyaki area. Dish name is mushroom something. Drop your table number there and the staff will prepare and bring it over for you. It was my favourite dish and the besties's favourite too. I had drop the table number for this dishes twice, and the dishes  were served twice and yet, I never get to eat it even once. The other members took it. And then we realized that we had common liking towards this mushy and we dropped all the table numbers for the dish. Popular dish of the table LOL

And of course cannot left out my favourite dessert!

After the gathering, it was time to say bye bye again. Bye bye to all the fun and lets go back to my oh-so-stressful life. Final exam is here!

When you were busying for final, to eat good food will never ever come to mind. Just have your instant noodles while reading your notes.

Part of notes for final. I love colorful notes!

Final papers had finally ended on 3rd May and that is it! Holidays! Oh how I loved the feeling to complete all the papers and pack to head home. I may post about my holidays in details in the next post. It had been too long that I had been lazying around blog, Facebook and Youtube so now, back to my assignments.

Another blogging debt in next post. Will try clear them all out as soon as possible.
